A room reservation can be secured by either of the following methods:
Written confirmation (by letter, fax or email) including your full name, address and contact telephone number.
A credit/debit card number, with expiry date and security code (also issue number for Switch cards).
Bookings Commencing Sunday to Friday:
Rooms cancelled before 6 p.m. on day of expected arrival - NO CHARGE
No cancellation received by 6 p.m. - ONE NIGHT'S FULL ROOM COST
Bookings Commencing on a Saturday:
Rooms cancelled by Friday Evening - NO CHARGE
No cancellation received by Friday Evening - ONE NIGHT'S FULL ROOM COST
