| Smoking: | Smoking is now not allowed in any part of the building.
A surcharge of £50 will be added if evidence is found of smoking in a room or public area. This is in addition to any fine that may be imposed under the current legislation. Since 2nd April 2007, smoking has been banned from any enclosed public space in Wales, and local authorities ensure enforcement of this legislation with fixed penalty fines. An awning has been provided outside the side door of the bar to provide shelter for smokers. |
